Our Team

Yolanda Young is an attorney, journalist, and publisher. Her memoir, On Our Way to Beautiful was published by Random House. The Howard University and Georgetown Law graduate previously served on the board of the PEN/Faulkner Foundation.

Adam R. Sanders is a partner at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. He previously founded Sanders Legal Group, PLLC and served as an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sanders participated in William Morris Agency’s Agent Training Program and worked at SNL Studios (the feature film division of Saturday Night Live).  He's a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his J.D. from Georgetown Law.

Clarence Haynes, a graduate of Columbia University and former associate editor with the Doubleday Broadway division of Random House, currently handles developmental editing projects for individual clients, agents and publishing houses.

Tamu Wright, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Georgetown Law, was an Assistant Managing Editor for Bloomberg BNA where she worked for 20 years.

After graduating from Howard University and the University of Southern California, Shawn Williams worked for Scholastic Inc. and Sesame Street Workshop.

James Brathwaite majored in Computer Science at Howard University and received a Master's Degree in Marketing from George Washington University. He has worked for Fannie Mae, The Washington Post, and other companies in the Washington, D.C. region.
